TL Bygg to build 107 homes for Besqab in Hagastaden

TL Bygg has been commissioned by Besqab to construct Haga Heights, a new residential development comprising 107 condominiums in Hagastaden, Stockholm. The project will be delivered as a design-and-build contract and represents the fourth residential development carried out jointly by TL Bygg and Besqab. Their previous collaborations include Tegeltornen in Sundbyberg, Kellhagen in Stadshagen and Snättringe Park in Huddinge. Haga Heights will be located next to Norra Stationsparken and will offer homes ranging from one to five rooms and kitchen. The development will also include a shared rooftop terrace and a landscaped courtyard. The building is planned to achieve Miljöbyggnad Silver environmental certification. TL Bygg has participated during the design phase, with construction scheduled to begin in October 2026. The first residents are expected to move in during the first quarter of 2028.
