CBRE and Vectura are collaborating on the leasing of Mellom in Hagastaden. The 42,000-square-metre project will include offices, laboratories and public spaces, with construction planned to start in 2027.
Detailed description
CBRE has entered into a collaboration with property company Vectura for the Mellom office project in Hagastaden, Stockholm. The assignment covers the project's commercial premises, with CBRE working on positioning, market engagement and leasing.
Mellom is being developed by Vectura together with architecture firm Snøhetta and will comprise approximately 42,000 square metres of leasable space. The project will combine offices and laboratories with public areas including restaurants, sports and cultural facilities.
A multifunctional sports and cultural facility is also planned as part of the development and will be operated by KFUM Central.
Construction of Mellom is planned to begin in 2027, with completion expected in 2030.
