Bonava starts construction of 500 rental homes in Norrbodahöjden

Bonava is starting construction of 500 rental homes in Norrbodahöjden in Upplands-Bro after the building permit became legally effective. The project has a property value of approximately SEK 1.3 billion and was previously sold to Slättö, which will finance it continuously during the construction period. Norrbodahöjden is a developing residential area in Kungsängen with access to retail, services, nature and public transport. The new homes are planned to achieve energy class B and certification under Nordic Swan Ecolabel version 4. Material choices are also being developed with the aim of reducing climate impact. H2 Entreprenad is the main contractor for the project. According to Bonava, the production start is part of its strategy to increase the share of rental housing transactions.
